Job Description

As a Capacity Planner, you'll ensure workforce schedules run seamlessly, maintaining optimal staffing coverage and operational consistency. You'll coordinate with teams, manage rosters, and handle inquiries to support day-to-day success in a fast-paced yet balanced work environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written English communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency using scheduling or workforce management software
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team focus

Your Daily Tasks

  • Create and maintain schedules for approximately 100 employees using scheduling software
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all roster-related inquiries via phone or other channels
  • Communicate effectively with teams to build strong working relationships
  • Monitor staffing levels; identify coverage gaps and coordinate with the recruitment team as needed
  • Maintain rosters at least 4 weeks in advance, adjusting as necessary to support staffing demands
  • Coordinate introductions of new team members to client families or stakeholders
