Job Summary:

The Demand Forecast & Sales Coordinator Associate supports the demand planning and sales coordination functions by assisting in forecast consolidation, monitoring inventory movements, processing sales orders, and ensuring timely communication across Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehouse. The role is designed to reduce workload bottlenecks, ensure data accuracy, and provide operational support for smooth demand and supply execution.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Forecast & Inventory Monitoring

  • Consolidate monthly sales forecasts from different sales groups for review with Demand & Supply Planner
  • Prepare weekly forecast vs. actual sales tracking reports
  • Monitor slow-moving and near-expiry SKUs, flagging to Sales for push plans
  • Assist in preparing monthly SKU performance reports (sell-in vs. sell-out)

Sales Coordination

  • Process purchase orders (POs) in the system accurately and on time
  • Ensure proper tagging, coding, and documentation of orders
  • Coordinate with Warehouse for delivery scheduling and stock readiness
  • Support Sales teams with account-related order queries and adjustments

Reporting & Communication

  • Generate regular demand, inventory, and sales performance reports for management review
  • Maintain updated files and dashboards on forecast accuracy and stock status
  • Support cross-functional alignment between Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehouse

Other Support

  • Act as backup during the absence of Sales Coordinators
  • Assist in national promo execution support (e.g., allocation monitoring, reporting) if required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related course.
  • With at least one (1) year of experience in demand planning, sales coordination, inventory management, or a related administrative/operations role (fresh graduates with strong analytical and coordination skills may also be considered).
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Computer literate and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
