Position Title : Head, Countryside Consumer Lending Business Center- Cebu Job Summary: Plans, directs, and implements marketing strategies for auto and housing loans within the area of coverage of the business center. Promotes efficient and effective business center consumer loans operations. Specific Duties & Responsibilities Solicits auto/home loans in accordance with the specific target and set by management by implementing strategies in consumer lending business center operations.

Formulates and implements business development strategies in close coordination with the branches, car dealers and real estate developers/dealers/brokers for the business center to attain profitability/volume targets. Monitors credit accommodations and maintains quality loan portfolio by reducing past due accounts. Ensures appropriate documentation of all loans of the CLBC.

Continuously assesses and provide feedback to Head Office regarding market performance, competitiveness, latest development, and suggestions. Ensures the effective operations of the business center in consonance with bank policies, Banglo Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other regulatory bodies' regulations and customers' expectations. Coordinates with other bank's units for the business center's daily operation and ensures prompt delivery of transaction media/ documents to branches, auto dealers, real estate developers/dealers/ brokers, clients, and other units concerned.

Pro-actively participates in the cross-selling of the bank's subsidiaries/affiliate companies' products and services. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for expertise in consumer loans.
