We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our consumer lending business center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote auto and housing loans within your area of coverage.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in managing home loans and car loans. They should also have experience in people management, with the ability to motivate and guide their team towards achieving their goals.
In this role, you will work closely with our branches, car dealers, and real estate developers to develop business development strategies that drive profitability and volume growth. You will also be responsible for monitoring credit accommodations, maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote auto and housing loans
- Manage relationships with branches, car dealers, and real estate developers
- Monitor credit accommodations and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio

Requirements:
