As the Center Head, you will lead a team of Priority Relationship Managers and Client Relationship Officers, focusing on sales performance and providing exceptional client service.

What the role will entail Achieve new-to-bank customer targets and upgrade existing clients to Priority Banking.

Equip the sales team with tools and support to increase total portfolio AUM through client acquisition and relationship deepening. Support the team to drive NII, fees, and trading income. Provide access to all bank products including deposits, investments, bancassurance, and consumer lending to support cross-selling initiatives.

Conduct proper AML/KYC due diligence during onboarding. Ensure prompt and accurate reporting of suspicious transactions to the Compliance Division. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate degrees are a plus.

Trust UITF, SEC Fixed Income, and SEC Equities certifications are advantageous. At least 10 years of sales leadership experience in retail banking, preferably in Wealth Management.
