Job Title: Consumer Lending Business Head

We are seeking a skilled professional to head our Countryside Consumer Lending Business Center in Cebu.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact in business operations and contribute to growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for auto and housing loans within the designated area of coverage.
  • Promote efficient and effective consumer loans operations in the business center.
  • Solicit auto/home loans in accordance with set targets, develop business development strategies in close coordination with branches, car dealers, and real estate developers/brokers.
  • Monitor credit accommodations, maintain quality loan portfolios, and ensure proper documentation of all loans.
  • Provide feedback to the organization regarding market performance, competitiveness, latest developments, and suggestions.
