Qualifications:

  • A ready team of

  • Previous success as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry (at least 1 year preferred)
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
  • A proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets
  • Deep understanding of local property markets and buyer behavior
