The Real Estate Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role involves mentoring and developing sales talent, managing daily operations, and contributing to the strategic growth of the sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of real estate agents to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
Sales Management:
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to agents to help them meet their goals.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed to stay competitive.
Client Relations:
- Ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction are maintained by the sales team.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and leverage these relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Review and approve sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure team adherence.
Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new real estate agents.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to integrate new hires and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team progress to senior management.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive improvements in sales strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
