At IT By Design, we're looking for a proactive and highly organized
Strategic Project Coordinator
to support our U.S.-based CEO. This role involves driving high-impact initiatives—especially in AI—and collaborating with C-Level Executives & senior leaders across global teams. It's a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-growing MSP with a people-first culture.

Note: Prior experience working with American or U.S.-based/global C-level executives is highly preferred. Familiarity with Western business communication, time zones, and corporate culture is essential.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate strategic, cross-functional projects including AI and business innovation
  • Track timelines, flag risks, and ensure alignment across departments
  • Act as a key liaison for the CEO—organizing meetings, follow-ups, and key deliverables
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports
  • Facilitate clear communication across time zones and teams

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4–7 years in project coordination or executive support
  • Experience working with U.S.-based/global C-level leaders
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and fast-paced environments
