Job Title: Social Media Manager

Colkin is looking for a Social Media Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role involves creating compelling content, monitoring trends, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and executing paid campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and brand identity.
  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and emerging platforms for new opportunities.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build and maintain community engagement.
  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
