Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit visual content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, presentations, and websites.
  • Develop 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural designs and construction projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
  • Assist with the production of promotional videos, including editing and post-production work.
  • Design visual elements for client proposals, project presentations, and reports.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the construction and architecture industry.
  • Work with various media types, including photography, video, animation, and graphic design, to create compelling content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in multimedia design, ideally within the construction, architecture, or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital media, 3D rendering, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity with a passion for design and innovation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
