Position Requirements:

Technical Skills and Qualifications (Education/trade certificate required for the role):


• Graduate in the field of engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer/Telecommunication)

Experience Required for the Role (Skills that come with years of work experience):


• At least five (2) years of related experience in project management, planning, and tracking, usually in a project manager role


• Experience working with business stakeholders in related industries


• Experience with and understanding of the full project or product lifecycle


• Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and related technology


• Strong computer skills and proficient in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite


• With knowledge in Windows OS, Windows Server, and Windows Apps installation


• Well-versed in software configuration and network, and switches


• Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning. S/he looks ahead to implementation and determining the elements of the project (scheduling durations, resources, costs, etc.)
  2. Organizing. Selects the project team and determines the team's responsibilities.
  3. Managing. Coordinates activities of the project team, contractors, consultants, clients, etc.
  4. Supervising. Implements control techniques for design reviews, construction checks, milestones, assessments, progress meetings, and reports, both informal and formal.
  5. Financial controlling. Administer financial aspects such as invoice approvals, progress certificates, payment of accounts, etc.
  6. Others. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
