Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the Operations
  • Prepare, file, and organize agency documents such as deployment orders, duty details, and client contracts.
  • Maintain updated records of security personnel, licenses, and clearances.
  • Assist in the preparation of billing, payroll summaries, and reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and field supervisors regarding attendance, incident reports, and deployment updates.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist in requisitioning materials when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Support recruitment activities by processing applicants' documents and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE-related submissions).
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of any four-year course (preferably Business Administration, Office Management, or related field).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in a security agency is an advantage).
  • Knowledge/Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of basic HR and payroll documentation is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
