Job Description
As a Coordinator, Client Success - Markets, you'll support end-to-end sales operations by interpreting campaign requests, reviewing data details, managing Salesforce assignments, and assisting Sales Leads with clarity and coordination across 150+ US markets. You'll ensure accuracy, efficiency, and seamless process flow at scale.

Shift: Night shift (10:00 PM-7:00 AM or 12:00 AM-9:00 AM Manila Time), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Aptitude for sales support or operational support role
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A great attitude, flexibility, and creativity
- An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Excel and Salesforce experience (a plus)
- Comfortable handling high volume
Your Daily Tasks:
- Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams
- Focus on key tasks for iHM Salesforce from over 150 markets across the US including but not limited to: monitoring assignment queues, internal data reporting analysis, triage and routing request to appropriate resources and more.
- Interpret campaign request details based on product offerings and capabilities.
- Comfortably communicate with Sales Leads when necessary to provide clarity on incomplete instructions or ambiguity to ensure accuracy of the requests and support needs
