Group Manager – Training

Location: Bridgetowne, Pasig (Onsite)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Group Manager – Training to lead our Training organization and drive excellence across capability development, digital learning initiatives, and performance improvement. This role requires a strong background in Training, particularly within the Insurance/Healthcare domain, and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced operational environments.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in any field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of Training experience with strong understanding of training operations and processes.
  • Experience in the Insurance/Healthcare domain is required.
  • Experience in training automation or digital learning tools.
  • Voice & Accent Training experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Agile methodology, and a demonstrated digital mindset.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple demands, and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to align with company values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php110,000.00 per month
