  2. Ensures overall achievement of volume and profitability targets of all the brands within the assigned category.

  3. Develops long-range plan that will be bring the brands/category to sustainable growth, market leadership and profitability

  4. Develops competencies of Assistant Product Manager to be more effective in his/her role and become a more effective leader
