As Digital Strategy and Technology Innovation Group Manager, you will be responsible in defining and executing enterprise-wide IT strategies that support business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation. You will ensure that IT initiatives align with corporate priorities, oversee the governance of key technology projects, and lead the development and adoption of digital solutions. This includes establishing IT governance and risk management frameworks, optimizing technology investments, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation and process automation. Through close collaboration with business leaders and technology teams, you will ensure that IT solutions deliver measurable value and support long-term scalability.

- Establish risk management frameworks for enterprise IT implementations, system integrations, and cloud deployments, identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks effectively.
- Drive collaboration among teams to ensure project outcomes meet business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure post-implementation performance is monitored, focusing on user adoption, system efficiency, and business impact.
- Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency, governance, and business impact.
II. IT Strategic Development: Ensure IT strategies align with business objectives, drive measurable value, and are executed within planned timelines.

III. IT Governance: Establish governance frameworks, policies, and decision-making processes to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and value-driven IT investments.

- Define and govern IT risk management policies, proactively addressing cybersecurity threats and regulatory challenges.

- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders, ensuring adherence to legal, security, and industry standards.
- Drive governance audits and strategic reviews, identifying areas for improvement and enforcing transparency across IT functions.
- Continuously evaluate and refine governance policies, ensuring adaptability to emerging risks and evolving business landscapes.
IV. Solution Roadmap: Develop and manage the architecture, lifecycle, and adoption of IT solutions to drive business value and digital innovation.

- Drive solution adoption strategies, ensuring technology investments deliver high usability, engagement, and measurable business value.
- Monitor adoption rates and post-deployment effectiveness, leveraging performance data to drive continuous improvement.
V. Solution Adoption: Ensure IT solutions are successfully deployed, widely adopted, and continuously optimized for maximum business impact.
- Govern enterprise-wide solution lifecycle management, ensuring IT solutions remain strategically relevant and optimized for long-term value.
- Develop structured adoption frameworks, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and engagement strategies for end-users.
- Lead post-implementation solution assessments, ensuring continuous refinement based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
- Establish strategic oversight on adoption strategies, ensuring high-impact technologies achieve widespread adoption and deliver measurable ROI.
VI. Digital Innovation, Solution Management & Optimization: Drive innovation, ensure continuous optimization, and maximize business impact through IT solutions, emerging technologies, and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Ensure enterprise applications maintain long-term business relevance by integrating emerging trends, evolving business needs, and regulatory changes into solution roadmaps for platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud, AWS, and in-house applications.
- Lead the strategic management of IT solutions—including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, AWS, Microsoft 365, and in-house applications—ensuring alignment with business objectives, continuous optimization, and measurable business value.
- Oversee technology incubation and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, ensuring new enterprise technologies and enhancements to existing platforms are rigorously tested, evaluated for feasibility, and strategically scaled for business impact.
- Develop and enforce structured frameworks for continuous enterprise application optimization, leveraging analytics, user feedback, and business performance data to drive iterative improvements in SAP S/4HANA, Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud, AWS, in-house applications and the like.
VII. Process Automation and Efficiency: Lead the design and implementation of automated solutions to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and align with business objectives.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide requirements management standards for ERP, cloud platforms, and proprietary applications, ensuring structured methodologies align with process automation initiatives.
- Provide oversight on system design, ensuring automation solutions for SAP, Oracle HCM, AWS, and in-house applications are scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with corporate architecture principles.
- Govern architecture development, ensuring automation frameworks for ERP, cloud, and in-house applications are robust, future-proof, and seamlessly integrate with existing systems.
- Authorize and sponsor proof of concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate automation technologies, such as AI-driven workflows, robotic process automation (RPA), and cloud-based automation, before full-scale implementation.
- Lead solution evaluation and selection processes for ERP automation, cloud services, and enterprise applications, ensuring technologies align with business needs, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee implementation strategy, ensuring automation projects within but not limited to SAP, Oracle HCM, AWS, and in-house platforms are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational goals.
- Champion enterprise-wide testing and QA governance to ensure automation solutions for ERP, cloud, and in-house applications meet performance, compliance, and security standards.
- Establish governance for technical and process documentation to support the sustainability and knowledge transfer of enterprise automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance and security oversight, ensuring automation initiatives across SAP, Oracle HCM, AWS, and in-house applications adhere to regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity policies, and data protection standards.
- Lead stakeholder communication strategies to align executive sponsors, business leaders, and operational teams on process automation initiatives for ERP, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and optimization efforts for SAP, Oracle HCM, AWS automation, and in-house applications, leveraging analytics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
VIII. People and Group Management
Qualifications- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MIS) is preferred
- Advanced certifications in enterprise technology, IT governance, or digital transformation (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, COBIT, SAP, AWS) are a strong advantage
- With at least 10 years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or technology management
- With at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Extensive experience managing large-scale IT projects and enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle HCM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and proprietary business systems
- Strong background in IT governance, risk management, and process automation, with expertise in technology investments and IT operations
- Demonstrates expertise in the FMCG food manufacturing industry with extensive distribution networks, aligning IT strategies with operational, supply chain, distributor operations and market requirements
- With experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle and MS365
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
