The Senior Dynamics 365 Developer – Power Platform is a senior, hands-on technical role at Experience Digital. This position focuses on designing, building, and delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, while providing strong technical influence and guidance across projects and teams.
This is a highly practical role, requiring deep experience in development, customisation, integrations, and solution delivery, rather than a purely managerial focus.
1. Hands-On Development & Solution Design
Design, build, and deliver robust Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned with business requirements.
Translate functional and business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical implementations.
Perform hands-on development, configuration, customisation, and integration across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Act as a senior technical contributor, advising on development patterns, integrations, data models, and best practices.
2. Technical Guidance & Team Support
Provide technical guidance, peer support, and code reviews to developers and consultants.
Support junior and mid-level team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to a high-performing delivery culture without formal line management responsibilities.
3. Platform & Technical Contribution
Contribute to the ongoing development of Experience Digital's Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capability.
Assist in the creation and adoption of reusable components, frameworks, and development standards.
Stay current with platform updates, new features, and emerging tools to ensure solutions remain modern and effective.
4. Client Engagement & Presales Support
Work directly with clients to understand technical requirements and implementation constraints.
Support presales activities such as technical input, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, and scoping exercises.
Represent Experience Digital as a senior technical specialist during client engagements.
5. Technical Advocacy & Community Involvement
Contribute to Experience Digital's technical credibility through knowledge sharing, internal content, and occasional external engagement.
Participate in industry events and community activities—including some in Manila—where appropriate.
6. Continuous Learning & Professional Development
Maintain strong, up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and integration technologies.
Pursue certifications, advanced training, and continuous hands-on learning.
Share knowledge and promote continuous improvement within the team.
7. Delivery Quality & Technical Excellence
Adhere to established development standards, governance processes, and best practices.
Ensure solution quality, performance, and consistency across all Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deliveries.
Identify opportunities to improve development workflows, optimise performance, and reduce technical risk.
8. Security, Compliance & Risk Awareness
Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and organisational requirements.
Apply best practices related to data protection, access control, and system integrity.
Identify technical risks early and contribute to mitigation strategies.
9. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate closely with delivery, design, sales, and client success teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
Work with Microsoft and technology partners where required.
Provide trusted technical input to internal stakeholders and clients.
10. Support & Flexibility
Provide occasional on-call support for critical production issues.
Maintain flexibility in working hours to support delivery milestones or critical project phases.
Requirements
Experience:
8+ years' experience working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including hands-on development, customisation, and solution delivery.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM), Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure services, and system integrations.
Seniority & Influence:
Ability to operate as a senior technical contributor, influencing solution quality and team practices through expertise rather than formal management.
Communication:
Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Community & Industry Engagement:
Participation in community events, user groups, or technical forums is preferred but not essential.
Certifications:
Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications are strongly preferred.
