Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design and implementation of ERP modules and related systems across HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Payroll functions.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business process and objectives.
  • Configure, test and deploy ERP solutions, including enhancements, custom reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of ERP-related issues
  • Monitor ERP system performance and work closely with vendors, IT Teams and consultants to ensure system stability and scalability.
  • Support internal controls, compliance audits and business continuity planning related to ERP systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in ERP system implementation, configuration and support.
  • 4-6 years of experience with major ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, or equivalent systems is highly valued.
  • Strong background in at least one or more ERP functional areas (e.g. HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement).
  • Experience with cross-system integrations and enterprise data mapping
  • Familiarity with testing cycles (SIT, UAT), change management and version upgrades
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional/technical specifications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication still
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a global team setup
  • Willingness to work extended hours or different shifts during system cutover and go-lives
  • Understanding of compliance and data privacy standard is a plus.
