Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior OutSystems Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our Offsite Delivery Centre (ODC) team. This role demands strong technical expertise in the OutSystems platform, as well as excellent communication and consultancy skills to work effectively with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality applications using the OutSystems platform.
  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and support decision-making.
  • Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers within the ODC.
  • Ensure best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines are followed in all deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with the OutSystems platform (including reactive and traditional web apps).
  • Proven experience working in an Offsite Delivery Centre (ODC) or distributed team environment.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in a consultancy setting delivering digital transformation solutions.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, external databases, etc.).
  • OutSystems certifications are required.
