Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist

Location: New Manila, Quezon City (On-site, 6 days/week)

Overview

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our online stores across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and others. This role covers day-to-day store management, campaign execution, performance monitoring, and account health maintenance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and capable of handling diverse tasks that contribute to the growth and success of the company's e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Performance & Operations

  • Monitor fulfillment, listing, and customer service performance.
  • Track store metrics: sales, orders, pageviews, visitors, best-sellers, and units sold.
  • Oversee resolution of floating orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

2. Campaigns, Promotions & Store Optimization

  • Participate in and execute platform campaigns and promotions.
  • Update store visuals and layouts to align with campaigns and enhance user experience.
  • Set up and monitor discount promotions, vouchers (BAU, New, and New Followers).
  • Manage monthly Shopee Flash Bank execution.

3. Customer Engagement & Service

  • Set up Chat Broadcasts to drive engagement and promotions.
  • Monitor chat volumes and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
  • Regularly check product availability to avoid delays in fulfillment.

5. Account Health & Advertising

  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain account health.
  • Monitor Shopee Ads performance and manage ad credits.

6. Reporting & Insights

  • Provide Sales, Orders, and Business Insights (SOBs).
  • Track category rankings and prepare quarterly performance reports.
  • Conduct price competitiveness checks and update Shopee Rebated Price Tracker.
  • Participate in quarterly business review meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Shopee, Lazada, and other major online platforms.
  • Strong skills in MS Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team.
  • Willing to work on-site in New Manila, Quezon City (6 days/week).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php45,000.00 per month
