We are looking for a creative, energetic Content Lead to join our team and take our social media presence to the next level We want you - who can take charge of our brand's content direction, plan our weekly social media strategy, and guide our CEO on what content to film. This role requires someone who is both creative and strategic, and can confidently execute content while also stepping into live selling when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand's overall content strategy
  • Plan weekly/monthly content calendars
  • Brief and direct CEO/sales team on what content to film
  • Produce 8–10 high-quality content pieces daily (TikTok/IG/FB)
  • Create content for campaigns, promos, new drops, and bazaars (reels, stories, carousels, static posts, and short-form videos)
  • Join TikTok Live Selling when required
  • Track performance metrics and propose improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business objectives
  • Engage and grow the community

  • Comfortable in front of the camera
  • Experienced in TikTok Shop or social commerce
  • Able to work in-house full-time
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills

Technical Skills

  • Video editing proficiency - CapCut, InShot, or similar mobile/desktop editing tools for TikTok and Reels
  • Graphic design - Advanced Canva skills, basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge
  • Copywriting - Crafting engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action

Creative Skills

  • Trend awareness - Spotting and adapting viral trends quickly
  • Storytelling ability - Creating narratives around products (especially for themed collections)
  • Scriptwriting - Writing engaging video scripts and voiceovers
  • Concept development - Brainstorming fresh content ideas aligned with brand values

Soft Skills & Personal Qualities

  • Positive attitude - Maintaining energy and enthusiasm in content creation
  • Self-motivated - Able to produce 10 pieces of content daily without constant supervision
  • Detail-oriented - Ensuring brand consistency across all content
  • Open to feedback - Taking constructive criticism and implementing changes
  • Cultural awareness - Understanding Filipino market preferences and humor
