DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Works attentively with immediate superior to strategize and sell all items/products.
- Responsible for increasing the number of accounts nationwide for the achievement of the sales goal and overall favorable company results.
- Responsible for the regular visits for re-orders.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for sales and accomplishment reports, and other related documents for the reference of the Sales team.
- Generate and submit necessary reports as required by immediate superior.
- Responsible for regular visits to all accounts handled.
- Responsible for checking/knowing competitors' activities.
- Closely coordinates with Accounting Department for payment transactions and/or recovery.
- Reports to immediate superior any feedback/concerns of the customers.
- Perform other related tasks they may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management or other related courses.
- Minimum of 1- 4 years responsible related sales experience.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Must have a good grasp of numbers.
- Must be able to deal with pressure as company deadlines and targets are to be met within a scheduled time.
- Must have good interpersonal and networking skills to interact with clients
- Can work under minimal supervision.
- Flexible and willing to do fieldwork, travel, and work longer hours/ weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knows how to drive or with own motorcycle, an advantage.
- Pleasant and appealing personality.
