Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of Below-the-Line (BTL) and Digital Marketing campaigns, and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects from briefing to post-campaign evaluation. This role acts as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all outputs meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets while driving business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Project Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end project management of BTL activations, events, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure all deliverables align with client objectives, timelines, and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
Strategic & Creative Collaboration
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans and creative directions.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative, Production, Digital, and Strategy teams to develop innovative campaign ideas.
- Present concepts, proposals, and reports to clients professionally and persuasively.
- Support the development of integrated marketing solutions that blend on-ground and digital strategies.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and proposals.
- Ensure profitability and efficiency of projects through proper cost monitoring.
- Oversee billing, documentation, and contract compliance for each campaign.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor project progress, analyze results, and prepare post-campaign performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and upselling to strengthen client partnerships.
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity logs for all client projects.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise Account Executives and Coordinators to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Mentor junior staff in client servicing and project management best practices.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in BTL, Events, Digital Marketing, or Advertising agencies.
- Proven track record in handling multi-channel campaigns and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and BTL activation mechanics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45, Php65,000.00 per month
