Position Overview

We're seeking dedicated Legal Intake Specialists to support new legal verticals focused on Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) and Personal Injury. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and experience qualifying web-generated and purchased leads for legal services. You will play a pivotal role in connecting qualified clients with law firms while ensuring a seamless, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and purchased web leads for MVA and personal injury legal services.
  • Confirm the identity and needs of potential clients through detailed verification calls using submitted web form data.
  • Assess key qualification criteria (e.g., accident details, fault assessment, statute of limitations, medical attention received).
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with leads, addressing questions and gathering required information.
  • Enter and update data using the company's tech stack (e.g., Leads Prosper, Call Tools, Ringba), with potential use of additional CRM tools or integrations.
  • Follow structured scripts and workflows while remaining adaptable to evolving processes, KPIs, and project goals.
  • Collaborate with training and leadership teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company and client compliance standards.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to support process optimization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in call center, intake, or client qualification roles; experience in the legal vertical strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
  • Culturally sensitive, professional, and capable of delivering accent-neutral service suited for the US legal market.
  • Proficiency with CRM and dialer platforms; adaptable to varying client systems.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with care.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or fast-evolving environment.
  • Willingness to work dedicated, full-time hours for a single client.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Manila Time

Work Location:

  • Home-based
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
  • Should have own laptop/pc (minimum of i5 8GB)
