We're looking for a TikTok & Reels Creative Strategist someone who truly gets how social media works. You must understand aesthetics, creative hooks, attention psychology, and storytelling — not just trends. You know what kind of content is working now, why it works, and how to adapt it for different industries.

What You'll Do

Create scroll-stopping video ideas tailored to each client's industry and goals.

  • Develop hooks, concepts, and storytelling formats that drive attention and engagement.
  • Translate brand messages into relatable, viral short-form content.
  • Make monthly marketing and content plans for clients — outlining goals, campaign ideas, and growth strategies.
  • Guide videographers and editors on tone, pacing, and creative direction.
  • Research emerging trends and interpret them through a brand-focused lens.
  • Collaborate with project managers, ad specialists, and clients to align creative strategy.
  • Suggest both organic and paid content growth ideas that build long-term reach.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience crafting or strategising TikTok/Reels content (ideally for brands or agencies).
  • Deep understanding of attention, emotion, and storytelling flow.
  • Strong sense of aesthetic design and video composition.
  • Excellent English — can write hooks, captions, and creative briefs clearly.
  • Obsessed with what's trending, what's converting, and what's next.
  • Confident working directly with teams and clients in a fast-paced creative environment.
