Job Description:
A Recruitment Assistant is a professional who supports the HR team by handling the recruitment process accordingly: coordinating hiring activities, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases. They assist with onboarding and handle administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing regular recruitment duties such as
- scheduling applicants' interviews,
- updating the calendar accordingly,
- answering phone calls, and
- monitoring emails.
- Preparing and posting job advertisements online and other platforms.
- Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.
- Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
- Resolving issues such as interview cancellations, incident reports, etc.
- Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
- Working closely with the HRs to maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database and help in any relevant paperwork.
- Event Management: Support the planning and organization of company events and team-building activities, and assist with the coordination of preparations and execution of the events.
- Assist in training and development initiatives.
- Assist in employee files and records, enhance job satisfaction by resolving HR concerns promptly.
- Other assigned tasks by the manager/employer
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources or any relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR particularly recruitment
- Experience and familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
- Solid desktop/microsoft skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fine verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Resilience in the face of unexpected challenges and setbacks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
