We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our recruitment and onboarding processes for both local and international clients. The role involves assisting in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and organize candidate profiles for client review.
- Support pre-employment requirements and documentation.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation schedules and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with client hiring guidelines and local labor regulations.
- Provide regular status updates to recruitment leads and clients as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support is preferred.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and basic HR processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse client requirements.
- Experience supporting international recruitment is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
