Job Summary

  • Responsible in operating and maintaining production equipment, preparing ingredients, following recipes, production protocols and commitment to producing top-notch food products

Duties and responsibilities

  • Complies to Good Manufacturing Practices standards at all times.
  • Makes sure that all standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Ensures that the correct code and label are used in the product.
  • Ensures that all equipment are properly turned off at the end of the shift.
  • Maintains cleanliness on the area at the end of the shift.
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate
  • At least six(6) months to one (1) year experience in food manufacturing industry
  • 1 year experience as a Baker or related position
  • Good inter-personal relationship.
  • Must have attention to details to ensure product standards and processes.
  • Must alert to observe compliance to standard parameters
  • Requires following all sanitation and standard procedures in production.
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
