Workforce Specialist

The Workforce Specialist is responsible for forecasting, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and reporting to ensure optimal staffing levels and service performance. This role supports operations by providing accurate data insights, managing adherence, and optimizing workforce allocation to meet business targets.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in collections or debt recovery.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
o Collect, clean, and analyze data related to collections performance, portfolio health, and customer behavior.
o Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track recovery rates, agent productivity, and delinquency trends.
o Provide data-driven recommendations to improve collection strategies (e.g., customer segmentation, contact timing, escalation).
o Monitor and evaluate agent performance, identifying strengths, gaps, and training opportunities.
o Support compliance by analyzing activity against regulatory standards.
o Develop forecasts and models to predict payment behavior and recovery rates.
o Partner with operations and management to implement process improvements and automation.
