Your Role as an Industrial Engineering Intern

This internship is open to students pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering. As an intern, you'll be guided by a dedicated trainer and collaborate with a skilled team across three key areas:

  • Product Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and optimizing product workflows. You'll help ensure that project goals align with user needs and operational efficiency.
  • Research: Conduct studies and gather data to support process improvements, policy development, and strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports that communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams and presenting your insights effectively. Additional tasks may be assigned to broaden your exposure and deepen your learning. This is a great opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges, develop practical skills, and prepare for a future in operations, analytics, or project management.

Internship set-up:

  • Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
  • Onsite (Head office: IMC Building, LRA Compound, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City)

Specification:

  • A minimum of 300 hours requirement; can onboard a week after passing the final level interview.
  • For involuntary internship/academic requirement, availability of MOA for legal review.
  • Internship allowance provided.
