Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Assignment:

  • Act as Sales Coordinator handling day-to-day sales support activities.
  • Monitor orders from Sales Order (SO) creation to shipment completion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare and update sales reports, track client requests, and follow through on documentation requirements.

For Quality Assurance (QA) Assignment:

  • Prepare, review, and maintain technical and quality-related documents (e.g., inspection reports, quality records, process documentation).
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring QA procedures and compliance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement and data-driven analysis for process quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • With or without work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Amenable to work in North Caloocan.
  • Flexible — can be assigned to either Sales or Quality Assurance as needed.
  • Keen to details, organized, and analytical.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (data organization, formulas, charts, pivot tables).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
