QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate/s must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineer
  • With a minimum of one (1) year experience in the same industry
  • Competent Service and Maintenance Report preparation.
  • Competent technical knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in planning, leading, organizing and controlling skills.
  • Knowledgeable in billing preparation
  • Knowledgeable in estimation
  • Knowledgeable in monitoring service activities, materials, tools, equipment, manpower, costing and safety.
  • Competent in addressing customer complaints
  • Knowledgeable in written and oral communication skills
  • Competent problem solving and analytical skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the schedule of service activities, schedule of materials, tools and equipment for Service and Maintenance, schedule of manpower, schedule of costing, Environment, Health and Safety
  • Prepares purchase requests for the section
  • Ensure timely submission of Service and Maintenance Report to Head
  • Ensures that needed tools and equipment are calibrated, properly maintained and available at all times
  • Ensures that service and maintenance routines are accomplished corresponding service reports
  • Reports to the top management any irregularities regarding equipment operation, service rendered and others
  • Prepares reports, estimates and formal proposal prior to performance of major repairs or installations
  • Monitors activities of all personnel under his/her supervision
  • Prepares summary of client feedback on services rendered
  • Performs other related jobs that may be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php26,000.00 per month
