1. Stock Replenishment Officer (Supply Chain)

The Stock Replenishment Planning Officer is responsible for managing and executing replenishment strategies across stores. This critical role ensures the right stock is at the right time avoiding wastages, overstock and stockouts. With close coordination with store managers, demand planners, commissary, supply planners, logistics and other subject matter experts, there is timely deliveries ensuring availability of raw materials, tools, supplies and sub recipes at the store level.

The Stock Replenishment Planning Officer will provide the following regular reports:

• Weekly Replenishment Plan Per Store
• Monthly Review of Reorder Points and Safety Stock Level

2. Engineering Specialist (Engineering)

Supports our engineering and operations teams in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving productivity. This role will play a critical part in bridging engineering expertise and operational excellence to ensure that process designs and improvements meet the needs of the business and the realities of restaurant operations.

• Monitors the Facility and Maintenance Ticketing System and assist Asset Management on implementation of the Upkeep System.
• Work with engineers and operations to design and implement 3Cs (Codify, Certify, Confirm) that align with best practices and efficiency targets.

3. Restaurant Management Systems Officer (Business Process)

This role supports Operations Process Improvement Initiatives by assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of efficient systems and procedures. The position collaborates closely with Department Managers to enhance operational performance, ensure consistency, and drive continuous improvement across all restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field
• With experience in operations, process improvement, or systems management (preferably from FMCG or restaurant industry)
• Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable working with data and reports
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work onsite daily at SHG Head Office – Pioneer, Mandaluyong
