We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a proactive approach to networking, as well as the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. ·Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve 

    sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. ·Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive 

    landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective 

    promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of initiative.
