Overview:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and executing high-quality content across multiple platforms while managing ads, budgets, analytics, and lead generation. This role requires strong AI tools knowledge, critical thinking, and the ability to deliver clear daily and weekly reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, engaging content using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) and ensure brand consistency.
  • Write compelling, error-free captions and marketing content optimized for target audiences.
  • Manage and grow official accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google platforms (Google Business, Google PMax, etc.).
  • Use Google PMax / PAMeli / Google Ads tools for campaign optimization.
  • Schedule posts using content planning tools and maintain a full social media/calendar plan.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid ads across platforms.
  • Set ad budgets accurately and ensure proper allocation across campaigns.
  • Track spend, leads, conversions, and performance in real time.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports including:
  • Leads generated
  • Money spent
  • Cost per lead
  • Best-performing campaigns
  • Recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze results and identify which strategies are working best.
  • Apply critical thinking to adjust targeting, creatives, and strategies based on data.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of AI content tools and social media analytics.
  • Skilled in content writing, caption creation, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Ability to set budgets, track KPIs, and interpret data accurately.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to problem-solve and optimize on the spot.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools for content creation.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results consistently.
