About the Role

This is not a content or strategy role.

The Social Media Inbox Manager is responsible for managing all inbound social media communication and converting attention into qualified leads. This role sits at the front line of demand generation, handling direct messages, engaging comments, and coordinating handoffs to sales.

Speed, clarity, memory, and professionalism are mandatory. You will interact directly with high-value prospects and repeat clients across multiple platforms and must maintain context across conversations.

What You'll Do

  • Own all inbound DMs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Respond to all inquiries within 12 hours, prioritizing immediate replies
  • Qualify inbound requests and route sales-ready leads to the sales team
  • Manage conversations, tagging, and automations using ManyChat
  • Engage with comments to support post visibility and engagement
  • Maintain continuity for returning prospects and past clients
  • Track inbound leads by platform using UTMs and ManyChat reporting
  • Deliver ongoing reports on inquiry volume and lead performance
  • Support outbound demand-generation messaging after 90 days
  • Capture client needs and preferences to support sales follow-up

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of social media management experience
  • Hands-on experience managing DMs or social inboxes
  • Strong working knowledge of ManyChat automations and lead workflows
  • Clear written communication and professional phone presence
  • Availability during US business hours

Bonus If You Have:

  • 1–2 years of aviation industry experience
  • Familiarity with private aviation terminology and client expectations
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills
