About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing locum healthcare business based in Australia. They specialise in connecting healthcare professionals and facilities, and are now expanding their digital presence to attract new clients and strengthen relationships within the industry.

They're looking for a motivated and people-focused Business Development & Social Media Engagement Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate is confident communicating online, understands healthcare audiences, and enjoys creating engagement and generating new business opportunities through social media and digital platforms.

About the Role

In this role, you'll help drive brand visibility and client engagement across online channels. You'll be responsible for managing and growing the brand's digital presence while building genuine connections with healthcare professionals and potential clients.

This position blends digital marketing, social media engagement, and light business development — ideal for someone who's creative, professional, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow engagement across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and partners via social media and other online channels
  • Generate and qualify new leads through messaging, networking, and digital campaigns
  • Support marketing efforts by planning and scheduling content in coordination with the team
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Track and report engagement metrics, leads, and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with management to improve outreach strategies and client engagement processes

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, client outreach, or lead generation
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • Confident working with social media and online networking platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of content engagement and audience growth
  • Experience or familiarity with the healthcare industry is highly desirable
  • Understanding of AHPRA and Australian healthcare regulations is a huge advantage

Work Setup and Details

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Monday to Friday, with overlap in Australian business hours
  • Long-term ongoing role
  • Competitive hourly rate (₱400 per hour, depending on experience)
