Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager with expertise in digital marketing, Shopify, and WordPress to oversee and drive the growth of our client's online business. The ideal candidate will manage e-commerce operations, optimize online sales performance, and implement digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management:

  • Oversee and manage the company's e-commerce websites on Shopify and WordPress (WooCommerce).
  • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Manage third-party integrations such as payment gateways, shipping solutions, and inventory systems.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and customer service coordination.

Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and execute SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid marketing channels.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Facebook Pixel) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Content & Branding:

  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging product descriptions, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of market changes.

Technical & Platform Management:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot Shopify and WordPress e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement new features, plugins, and integrations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and overall site security.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, WordPress (WooCommerce), and e-commerce best practices.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
