To qualify for this high-earning role, you must meet the following:

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience is essential. Prior experience in sales, upsizing, or retention accounts is a huge advantage
  • Education: At least a Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or College Graduate/Undergraduate.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written) with excellent negotiation and rapport-building skills.
  • Mindset: Highly competitive, resilient, and driven by commission and incentives.

Commitment: Must be fully available to work ON-SITE in Quezon City on shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
