Corporate Travel Customer Service Representative

About the role
This is a full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, supporting Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' corporate travel customers. As a Corporate Travel Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their travel arrangements are seamless and their needs are met with exceptional customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, travel industry knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers to handle travel booking inquiries, changes and cancellations
- Providing detailed information on travel products, policies and procedures
- Monitoring and responding to customer issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive experience
- Offering alternative travel solutions to meet customer needs
- Accurately recording customer information and transactions in our systems
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on travel industry regulations, supplier policies and customer account details
- Collaborating with the wider travel team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 yearsof experience in a customer service or contact centre role, ideally within the travel industry
- At least 2 years GDS experience| Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complaints and provide solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using booking systems, CRM software and MS Office applications
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile
- Knowledge of travel industry regulations, supplier policies and customer account management
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
