About the role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' This is a full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and resolving any queries or issues they may have.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with patience and empathy
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and provide clear and concise responses
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer issues
  • Proficient in using computer systems and technology, including customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Fluency in both English and the local language
