About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' as a Customer Service Representative in our Cebu call centre. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to our valued clients, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a range of products and services
  3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services
  6. Collaborating with other team members to share best practices and improve overall customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries and concerns
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required for entry-level positions
  6. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
