Role Overview

Pure Form is looking for a 
Finance Admin and Compliance Associate
to help keep our financial and administrative processes clear, accurate, and compliant.

You'll handle financial data preparation, government submissions, and coordination with teams and partners — ensuring every detail is organized and accounted for.

This role plays a key part in keeping our operations efficient, transparent, and aligned as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

Finance and Compliance:

  • Prepare, process, and monitor 
    sales invoices

    official receipts
    , and related documentation.
  • Ensure accurate 
    encoding of receipts, sales transactions, and expenses
     into the company's financial systems and records.
  • Support compliance with 
    BIR regulations
    , including filing and safekeeping of invoices, receipts, and other statutory reports.
  • Handle coordination with suppliers, clients, and key finance partners to ensure timely submission and reconciliation of documents.
  • Maintain and update compliance records for 
    SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, FDA
    , and other relevant government agencies.
  • Assist in the 
    printing, notarization, and safekeeping
     of official documents and permits.

Administrative and Cross-Functional Support:

  • Coordinate with other departments for events or activities requiring 
    finance or admin assistance
    , such as procurement, reservations, and logistics.
  • Facilitate 
    procurement of company assets
    , ensuring complete documentation and tracking.
  • Encode, upload, and organize documents necessary for 
    interdepartmental compliance and reporting
    .
  • Provide 
    on-site administrative support
     during company events such as photoshoots, marketing activations, and town halls.
  • Perform other 
    ad hoc administrative and clerical duties
     as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • Preferably 
    with at least 1 year experience
     in finance, accounting, or administrative work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of 
    BIR processes and government compliance
     (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in 
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
     or Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently under supervision.
