About the role

JG Manpower & General Contractor Services Corporation is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that support our digital marketing and advertising initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing creative concepts and designs for various digital assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and promotional materials
  2. Collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions
  3. Ensuring brand consistency across all design elements and maintaining a cohesive visual identity
  4. Staying up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality of your work
  5. Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs that meet the needs of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting
  2. Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  3. Excellent eye for detail, colour, typography, and layout
  4. Ability to translate marketing concepts and strategies into visually appealing designs
  5. Understanding of digital design principles and best practices for various channels
  6. Creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
