About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Coalesce Sales Incorporated. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs that support our sales and marketing efforts. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualise and design engaging visual materials, such as brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and brand assets
  2. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all of our marketing collateral
  3. Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to enhance the company's brand and visual appeal
  4. Work closely with project stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver designs that exceed their expectations
  5. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions
  6. Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output

What we're looking for

  1. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  3. Strong eye for design, typography, and layout
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. A passion for creating visually stunning, on-brand designs
  7. Familiarity with print and digital production processes
