Job Summary

The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Graphic Design & Content Creation

o Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements.

o Develop brand-consistent visual assets for websites, online campaigns, and presentations.

o Create illustrations, infographics, and multimedia elements as needed.

  1. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

o Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards.

o Maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, and overall brand aesthetics.

  1. Collaboration & Coordination

o Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop compelling visuals that support campaigns.

o Collaborate with photographers, and other creative professionals to enhance design concepts.

o Coordinate with external printers and vendors for print production when necessary.

  1. Digital & Multimedia Design

o Design assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and digital ads.

o Edit and enhance images, videos, and animations as required.

o Optimize designs for web and mobile applications.

  1. Project Management & Execution

o Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

o Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.

o Stay updated with industry trends and design software advancements.

  1. Software & Tool Proficiency

o Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.

o Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Designer, or similar role.

· Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools.

· Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
