Key Responsibilities

  1. Graphic Design & Content Creation

  2. Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements.

  3. Develop brand-consistent visual assets for websites, online campaigns, and presentations.
  4. Create illustrations, infographics, and multimedia elements as needed.

  5. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

  6. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards.

  7. Maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, and overall brand aesthetics.

  8. Collaboration & Coordination

  9. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop compelling visuals that support campaigns.

  10. Collaborate with photographers, and other creative professionals to enhance design concepts.
  11. Coordinate with external printers and vendors for print production when necessary.

  12. Digital & Multimedia Design

  13. Design assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and digital ads.

  14. Edit and enhance images, videos, and animations as required.
  15. Optimize designs for web and mobile applications.

  16. Project Management & Execution

  17. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  18. Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.
  19. Stay updated with industry trends and design software advancements.

  20. Software & Tool Proficiency

  21. Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.

  22. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
