DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute design materials for campaigns, digital ads, websites, packaging, social media, and internal projects
  • Translate briefs and directions into compelling visual outputs that meet brand standards and business goals
  • Support asset management, versioning, and rollout across platforms
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within web and print design
  • Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization
  • Prepare clean and accurate files for production and digital publishing

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in graphic design is preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout, and creative thinking

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or layout animation is a bonus
  • Good sense of layout, color harmony, and typography
  • Ability to take creative feedback and apply revisions efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
  • Can manage time well and deliver output within project deadlines
  • Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and meet strict deadlines according to the needs of the business
