Position: Legal ManagerLocation: 3 HEADCOUNTS in (Pasig), (Balintawak), (Imus, Cavite)Work Set Up: Full Onsite M-F | Flexible HoursA. Legal Services ManagementOrganize departmental activities for effective implementation of plans and achievement of objectives.

Develop working protocol with other functional units. Manage database of legal cases, e-link to the same and compliance monitoring. B. Contracts, Agreements, Legal DocumentationDraft, review and finalize agreements/contracts and other legal documentation.

Analyze and interpret contracts/legal documentation and recommend company position. Assess and oversee legal implications of agreements, contracts and the same for the company. C. Legal Representation/Litigation SupportLiaise with government/non-government agencies and judicial/quasi-judicial bodies.

Represent the company and its personnel in judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings and other venues where the company requires legal representation (e.g. meetings where legal issues may be raised). Draft and review pleadings and motions filed prior to the said judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. Coordinate with and endorse cases for legal handling to external counsels.

D. Other FunctionsConduct research and address company issues and matters being referred to Legal Services requiring an assessment of the legal implications. Conduct Legal Enhancement Seminars. Oversee the activities of external legal counsels.

Assist in other business ventures of the company such as intellectual property matters.
